ROTARY VISIT TO BAIKAL INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SCHOOL May, 10-13
The Baikal International Business School (BIBS) hosted Carmen Cuneo (TX), RI district governor-elect and incoming Russia-USA Intercountry Committee. The purpose of the goodwill visit was to meet with a local Rotary club and the BIBS administrators to go over the Rotary-sponsored internship program and discuss its further development. On May 11, DGE Carmen Cuneo participated in the SASM`s business game, met with a few program graduates who reciprocated her generous Texan hospitality. The program got started in 1998. Over 150 SASM undergraduates, graduates and professors have done the internship in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain.
